Spinning
Spinning – the UK´s largest studio cycling classes with over 70 bikes and a timetable of 12 classes running 6 days per week.
The Studio is designed around a nightclub theme, giving atmosphere, but also discretion for those less confident.
Spinning is a high calorie burning form of work out and is therefore ideal for weight loss, whilst the design of the bikes keep the workout low impact, minimizing stresses and strains and making the class suitable for everyone.
