The TRX is a simple but highly versatile fitness tool that leverages your bodyweight to provide resistance. There are hundreds of exercises that can be performed that allow you to develop power, strength, balance mobility and injury prevention and all at an intensity right for you. Developed by the Navy Seals, but suitable for anyone.
