Skip Aerobics
This is a greatly deceptive challenge, regardless of your skill level, in one session you'll see a fantastic improvement in your ability to skip, and will learn techniques that will boost your fitness like nothing else. Utilising intervals and with bodyweight exercises thrown in this becomes a full body workout that is great fun and excels at toning your bum, thighs, calves and abs. This class will teach you enough to be able to then master a new skill and greatly improve your performance and fitness, even when at home!
