Our studio aims to provide a huge variety of classes to suit all fitness levels and time schedules no matter your what fitness goals are. We provide a great working space with friendly professional instructors for whom teaching is their passion.

This 30 minute, non-impact class is designed specifically for the abdominals.

FitPump is a cardio strength class that utilises barbells to perform resistance exercises; Your body will tone up as you gain muscle and as the fat drops off you will notice improved shape and definition around your body.

Group Inductions
For new members - To use the gym you need to attend a gym induction session. Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes and there is a maximum of 6 people per session.
