Yoga

Many describe Yoga as a form of self-meditation and relaxation. Yet very few people understand what Yoga is about and what it really teaches. They think it is only harmless exercise. It is built on occultic ideas.

Yoga is the Hindu spiritual teachings and techniques related to the attainment of self-realisation and union with the supreme reality. When one translates the teachings into plain language, the following becomes clear. The supreme reality they teach to seek union with is BRAHMAN. In Hinduism, this is the eternal and ineffable truth that transcends all boundaries.
