AeroStep
This is a great cardio work out done on a step board. (Step aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise distinguished from other types of aerobic exercise by its use of an elevated platform).
This workout incorporates step ups, squats, leg kick backs, knee pull ups, side knee pull ups, and lunges, one leg squats also including upper body exercises, bum and abs too over a 45 minute class. (There is a 30 min version of this class which is pure legs and a much faster paced cardio)
