Hi,I’m Tom, and I’m one of the Personal Trainers & Studio Class Instructers here at Active4Less. I have been passionate about sport and exercise since I was young. Becoming a trainer felt like the natural progression; turning the hobbies I love into a job I enjoy.

I have studied sport, exercise and nutrition is some aspect since the age of 15, and I now have a BSc Hon in Sports Science from Brunel University and I’m a fully qualified REPS Personal Trainer. I spend my time working with clients, training, and playing rugby in the local area. If you would like to ask me for advice or to perfect exercises please feel free to approach me whenever you wish!
