I've always been interested in everything about the body and how it works since the age of 15 which led me into my Bsc Sports and Exercise degree at Brunel University. I think it's amazing how you can change everything about your body with hard work and smart training! And the reason why I became a Personal Trainer with a passion to help people achieve their desired health and fitness goals.

My sporting background lies with Men's National Cup Basketball and Powerlifting

I teach Circuit Training, Kettlebells and a tough Skipping Interval workout whilst also being qualified in Boxercise and Spin Cycling (Indoor Cycling).

My Motto "Train Insane or Remain the Same"
