Vanda Szilagyi - Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer

I am a Gym & Studio Class Instructor and a Personal Trainer. I also run our 6 week Weight Loss Programme (Biggest Loser)

Keeping fit and healthy are very important to me, and my aim is to help and pass on my knowledge so that people can achieve a healthy body and mind through a balanced diet and physical activity.

I am a firm believer that what we put in our bodies as fuel and what we do with our bodies physically has an important affect on the quality of our lives.

Classes that I teach are Aero Step, Studio Cycling, Fit Pump and Core & Stretch. These classes are a perfect combination to improve your fitness, tone your body and also to stretch those hard working muscles out properly.
